Founded in Bielefeld in 1920 by patent attorney Ernst Haigis, in the 50ies successfully governed by Theodor Hoefer, our head office was relocated to Munich in 1985, the site of the European Patent Office, the German Patent and Trademark Office as well as of the Federal Patent Court. The firm has constantly expanded, not only with regard to a plurality of experienced attorneys and employees, but also by extending our portfolio to large-scale and smaller clients.
